  • GetHighTech, Inc. does not provide warranty service for any of the PDA manufacturers. If your unit is still under warranty please contact the manufacturer directly.
  • GetHighTech is proud to offer a repair service for Palm OS, Windows CE, Pocket PC based & Other Electronic Devices. Please be sure to read all the information below regarding our repair service & terms.
  • GetHighTech only repairs units in the USA. If you are a company interested in a corporate discount for volume repairs please email us.
  • All Prices (Except General Diagnosis) Include Parts & Labor. All Parts & Service are backed with a 30-day warranty.
  • The $20 General Diagnosis fee allows you to send in one of the listed units below and GetHighTech will have one of our repair experts diagnose your unit. Once we have determined the cause of your units problem we will email you a quote with the cost to repair the unit. The $20 per unit diagnosis fee is Non-Refundable and is not applied towards the part(s) cost.
  • If you have a software problem with one of the models listed please email us with the model and a description of the problem before sending it in for service.

  • If your unit has intermittent problems we will test for 24 hours but cannot guarantee a repair. Intermittent issues will still be charged the $20 fee even if no problem is found. If intermittent issues continue the customer will be responsible for returning the unit and all shipping fees associated.

    How do I know if I need a GlassTop or a Complete Screen?
    The only function that a glass top handles is the input from the stylus. If the image is coming up fine under the broken glass then 99% of the time a glass top is all you need. If under the broken glass there are black lines, no image or it comes up completely black then you will probably need a complete screen.

    *Samsung Screens: We do not repair Samsung Digitizers/GlassTops. We can replace them with a complete screen at the complete screen price.
    **If you do not see your model listed then we do not repair it at this time.
